Administrators Institute

Description

The CALAPRS Administrators' Institute is an educational opportunity for member Retirement SystemAdministrators / CEOs / Executive Directors and their Assistant Directors. The program is typically held in late September on a Wednesday evening through Friday mid-day. Each year the agenda is developed by a planning committee commissioned by the CALAPRS Board of Directors.

Hotel Reservations: CALAPRS will reserve a hotel room for all registered attendees for the nights indicated on the registration form. The nights of T 9/22, W 9/23, and Th 9/24 are included in your registration fee. Additional nights may be requested but are not guaranteed; they will be billed directly to the attendee by the hotel at the prevailing rate (or the CALAPRS group rate of $517.62/night, if possible). The rooming list will be submitted to the hotel after August 31, and the hotel will email confirmations directly to attendees once it has been processed. Cancellation policy: Any cancellations for registration or changes to room reservations must be submitted in writing before August 31 or by logging in and updating your registration through the CALAPRS Member Info Hub.
