SERVING PUBLIC SECTOR EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PLANS FOR OVER 20 YEARS Russ Richeda serves as legal counsel to the two City of Fresno retirement systems (the Fire and Police Retirement System and the Employees Retirement System) and serves as conflicts counsel to the two City of San Jose retirement systems (the Federated City Employees' Retirement System and the Police and Fire Department Retirement Plan). Russ also represents the Retirement Board of the AC Transit Employees Retirement Plan and the Pension Board of the Santa Clara VTA-ATU Local 265 Pension Plan.
